IMC Unani Kushta Faulad is a powerful classical Unani preparation made from Burada Faulad (Iron filings), Gandhak Amla Saar, Aab Gheekwar (Aloe Vera juice), Hathi Soondhi Booti ka Pani, and Triphala through the traditional calcination process. 60 mg. daily in the morning with 5 g Jawaish Jalinus or 1 capsule Jalinus capsule. Children should be given 15 mg. with 5 g butter.
